[SOLVED]Upgrade from 1.4.7.3 to 1.5.4.1 All good but...

Well i did the upgrade (with auto-upgrade,addon) and all good, just i don't know why this happen to the admin panel (Image above)

 

Anyone know why??? or how to fix it??
