VAT and Paypak Payment

Hi,

 

So I have 2 questions to ask yourself that I can not solve:

 

1 - from the form of my shop has disappeared the field where number is required under the VAT registration;

 

2 - when a customer buys one of my products and pay with Paypal I get a message of the payment (which was not the case before) also automatically activates the words "delivery in courses" (which I have not activated and therefore is not true that the delivery of the goods is already in progress).

 

My Prestashop version is: 1.5.3.1

 

Can you tell me how I can fix these 2 problems?
