BKR
When trying to regenerate my images after a migration from zencart to prestashop... I was getting a files corrupted issue... So we changed permissions on the folder and the problem persisted. After that i simply deleted the files and now it's doing this... Original image is missing or empty (/home/shoppxfs/public_html/img/p/7/8/3/783.jpg) Original image is missing or empty (/home/shoppxfs/public_html/img/p/7/9/1/791.jpg) Original image is missing or empty (/home/shoppxfs/public_html/img/p/7/9/2/792.jpg) Original image is missing or empty (/home/shoppxfs/public_html/img/p/7/9/3/793.jpg) Original image is missing or empty (/home/shoppxfs/public_html/img/p/7/9/4/794.jpg) I can't figure out what products these images go to, to maybe delete them and re-add later... see if that works. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.
benjamin utterback
Hi, do these errors you mention stop the whole regeneration process? Or does it just tell you that at the end, after the other images have been regenerated?
BKR
it actually appears to be after it was done as i checked the site and most looked fine.
benjamin utterback
Two reference questions for you, in order to better understand this. 1) Did you upgrade from 1.4 or Migrate directly to PrestaShop? 2) Did you use a CSV file to import your products images etc? BKR
I started with the latest version of prestashop, we migrated the images from zencart. Another issue, is now i'm getting 404 pages after generating the SEO
benjamin utterback
Did you use a CSV file to migrate the images? How did you generate the SEO? What do you mean?
BKR
I did not do it, cart2cart did the migration for me. So i'm not sure what they did to get the images transferred. When i changed the site web address in prestashop backend i re-generated the SEO with the prestashop module, it then was throwing 404 pages... i tried to revert back to what i had in there previously and it's still doing the same thing. benjamin utterback
Is that the first time that you used this module on the new store? Do you have friendly URL's enabled?
BKR
It's not the first time i used it, I've used it multiple times... but it was the first time i changed the shop address and then used it. friendly URL's are on.

benjamin utterback
Toggle the Friendly URL on and off. Maybe that will help by regenerating the htaccess.
BKR
Well, that worked and got everything working... but now the URL's are ugly I'm afraid if toggling it back on and nothing working again. Also... why can't my customers enter a discount code at checkout? Thanks in advance.

Also... why can't my customers enter a discount code at checkout? Thanks in advance. A voucher code should appear during checkout. That is definitely the way the default template is. Have you since solved this problem?
