David Hib Posted July 1, 2013 Share Posted July 1, 2013 Hi, I have a problem where to total in the back end is showing lower that the product total and what the customer paid in paypal. It all looks fine from the front end but just shows a warning in the back end. I'm using PrestaShop™ 1.4.9.0 Payment mode: PayPal (paypal) Products £336.00 Shipping £0.00 Total £330.00 (Paid: £336.00) I would be interested if anyone could explain. I looked client site and the cost of the product is 0.28 and they have ordered 1000 items Total products (tax excl.):£280.00 Total (tax excl.):£280.00 Total tax:£56.00 (UK tax rate is 20%) Total (tax incl.):£336.00 However I do have shipping set to cost £6 for orders under £200 but this order is over and is set to free shipping.
