[SOLVED] Can't delete last 2 default products

Hi,

 

I'm configuring my new shop from scratch now. I deleted all the default categories and products that came with the theme. However, there're 2 last products that from some reason I can't delete, it gives me each time error 1 message.

 

Does anybody have any idea how to resolve it?

maybe try to remove them right from database? (ps_product table)

I'd be grateful if you elaborate this a little more... I'm not too familiar with this stuff. I looked in public_html and didn't find anything like this.

Ok, I've checked the database - there's no file like this. Here's the screenshot

 

I understand that I also need a command line to perform the deletion, right?

Hi, first you need to make sure that the products are not in anybody's cart.

 

Go to your order page and delete any orders in cart, the products are probably in John Doe's cart. It needs to be removed before you can delete it.

Just look at that - all the hard things have a simple explanation and even simpler resolving... For hours I'm trying all I've got to erase these products, and this idea never crossed my mind...

 

Benjamin, thank you very much - it was the issue indeed. As soon as I cancelled them from John Doe's cart - I was able to erase them...
