Override modules mail templates PS 1.5

Hi community !

Today my problem is override modules email templates.

Actually I've modified the templates inside the modules directory.

However when I go in the BO (Preferences) PS complains that I've modified all these files (that I think are meant to be untouchable as core modules files).

How can I solve this problem?

 

P.S: I tried to read the doc but it seams a little bit obscure to me...sorry

Override the module mail templates in your theme folder's. That worked for me.

I've moved around all the email but now I can't translate the modules email subjects .

Let me precise.

 

Now if I go to the theme email translations there's no translation for the email subjects.

 

However the translations for the subjects are accessible from the general email translations (the one not related with the themes).

 

Is it normal?

 

P.S: actually the handling of the email is pretty messy I think
