Julio UCME
Hi, I'm having trouble with the login section of my website. Instead of the normal page you're supposed to get, all I'm getting is the code of the page preceded by this: 0<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN"> <html><head> <title>302 Found</title> </head><body> <h1>Found</h1> <p>The document has moved <a href="http://www.kemcofood.net/es/autenticacion?back=my-account">here</a>.</p> <p>Additionally, a 302 Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.</p> </body></html> HTTP/1.1 200 OK Date: Sun, 30 Jun 2013 17:22:27 GMT Content-Type: text/html; charset=utf-8 Content-Length: 34862 Connection: keep-alive Server: Apache/2 X-Powered-By: PHP/5.3.13 P3P: CP="IDC DSP COR CURa ADMa OUR IND PHY ONL COM STA" Vary: Host I get this error when using Chrome and Mozilla, but not with Safari or IE. Still, I can't leave the website like that. I tried regenerating the robots file and refreshing the page, but nothing happens. I've tried looking for information on google, and nothing. I'm really frustrated right now, since I've been trying to update for quite some time now, and when I finally manage to do it, I get this error. Also, when I did the update, I got an error with the modules and marketing tab, which I found out that it was the paypal module. I corrected this error, so I don't think that's related to the issue of the Error 302. I think I'm going to restore the website to the backup version I have. Please, any help would be very much appreciated. P. S. Website: www.kemcofood.net Prestashop version: 1.4.8.0 Updated to: 1.5.4.
Julio UCME
Could it be a conflict in the themes folder? I'm really confused by this. I don't understand why does it work on IE and Safari, but not on Chrome or Mozilla...
Julio UCME
I just found out that when I turn off the Friendly URL setting in the backoffice the problem disappears, but still I keep to wonder why won't it work when turned on. I asked my hosting provider to see if the mod_rewrite is enabled so i could see if that was the problem, but they told me that it is by default enabled on their server. Then I compared the settings with my other two webpages and in both of them the Friendly URL is on, so now I'm really lost in why does the www.kemcofood.net page fails when opening the log in section. Could it be the .htaccess?
benjamin utterback
If you have a backup of your database and PrestaShop files (confirmed and working) then go to Preferences>SEO and URL's and let me know what is inside the Shop Domain: and Base URL: you could try either removing the "www." or adding the "www." whichever is different. Julio UCME
Well, I don't have a backup of the updated version, but I do have one of the previous version (1.4.8.0). Inside the Shop domain I have www.kemcofood.net (also on the SSL domain). Inside the base URI I have: / btw, thanks for your reply. Att.
