NemoPS
I see, well I;m not really good at math, but it's like your ordered 3 shirts istead of two. Can you print a screenshot of the order page (all of it) when checking out?

NemoPS
It seems okay. I will try to reproduce it on my local environment and come back if I find out the cause. Prestashop version?

NemoPS
...wait. I'm wrong. Are you using any override? The default behavior on 1.5.4 when you turn on multishipping is to create multiple orders. DId you enable this option in preferences->orders? It shouldn't allow you to check out to multiple addresses with that option disabled, but some data might have got corrupted

NemoPS
And you don't get 2 orders? Try checking out with the bankwire method and see if something changes. Also, try disabling and re-enabling the option, then try with one step checkout and see if something changes
