Changing to PrestaShop and Retaining Existing Links

Hi All

Is there a way to set up a Pretashop site so as not to lose current links that have been indexed by the search engines?

I currently use a hosted shopping cart solution which, I suspect, is based on Oscommerce.
It has a complex naming structure for categories and products that looks something like this:
http://www.mysite.com/c/151689/1/some-sort-of-product.html

I really don't want to lose the links if I can avoid it.

I would be really grateful for any ideas.
