mastiff57 Posted June 28, 2013 Share Posted June 28, 2013 Hi I have 2 types of product 1 is bulky but light the other is smaller and heavier. I have setup 2 couriers and associated each to the zones and weight ranges. I have assigned the products to the one or other of these couriers as appropriate. I am using version 1.5.2. My problem is when a customer orders items from both product types in 1 order they receive 2 order confirmations. They list all items ordered even though they only total the items and freight from their own particular category. Is there any way that these can be combined into 1 confirmation notice. Customers also receive 2 invoices (1 for each type of product). Is it possible that these can be combined to 1 invoice.
