Customer selected incorrect postage?

Hi,

I have just had a customer select 'Pick up in store' at checkout, but wants the items delivered as she lives 100miles away.

 

How do I send a payment request or a link for postage so she can pay it?

 

I am using 1.5.4.1 with no themes.

Good morning,

 

This is a long winded way of doing it but:

 

Assuming that your customer knows of this mistake and that you require the extra postage charge then:

 

Add a group called for example "POSTAGE" or whatever you want

 

Add this customer to the new group

 

Add a product to your store called "POSTAGE" ( which is the value of the missing postage price )

 

Ask customer to buy this product before dispatching the original product

 

Or, of course, just ask the customer to send you a cheque for the difference
