Group Discount - change percentage depending on tax rate.

Hi Guys,

 

Is it possible to apply two different discount percentages to a Customer Group with the percentage used for a product depending on its tax rule?

 

E.g. if a product has no tax apply 30% discount to it else if the product has standard rate tax then apply 40% discount.

 

Could this be done by overriding the Product class for example?
