Can I have a direct contact of this exlusive developer?

The slider on the home page of the theme LUXURY does not work and do not work even the language modules...Who can I contact if even the developer does not reply to my emails, what can I do?

 

I PAID 100 EUROS TO BUY SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT WORK!!!!!

What version is your PrestaShop? Does the Theme support this PS version according to their information?

if you bought this on the official store you can easily send the message to the developer

on the theme page, you've got information box with button "contact the developer" just clock o it
