El Patron
obtain the mailalerts from the zip package for the version you upgraded to, i.e. (download and unzip native 1.5.4.1) using FTP back up (download old modules/mailalerts) now delete modules/mailalerts on your remote host now upload the mailalerts found in the 1.5.4.1 navigate to your back office and you should now be able to install and configure the newly uploaded mailalerts Hope that helps.... shiggidydog
Check to see if it's enabled? If the grey box next to the module says "Installed" in grey, it's not enabled. You will need to click the enabled button.
