Create a URL/button that clears all products from cart?

Hey guys, posted this in a different category not sure if it belongs here. And I've been stuck at this for a while that I'm willing to pay someone to help me out haha.

 

Basically I'm trying to create a link that when you click it, all products added to cart get deleted. Something along these lines I guess;

http://mystore.com/?controller=cart&delete&id_product=all

 

Though a button would be nice, I'm essentially trying to make it a URL so I can link it form an outside source, i frame etc, and cart contents are cleared. Any thoughts?
