Email templates wont update

Hello

 

I have tried to update my emails in translations in the backoffice.

I have no problem updating the core emails, but when i try updating an email template from the module blocknewsletter_ext, then after updating a template and pressing the "UPDATE" button I get a notification saying "updated successfully" however when I go back into the template to check it, it's not been updated.

 

I have changed all the permisions in the public_html/modules/blocknewsletter_ext folder to 777, but it still does not work.

 

Any ideas?

Thank you! although it was not directly your idea, you gave me the idea to just edit it as a core email, and then copy it over to the module mail - it worked!
