Only Allow Shipping for Some Products for Set Postcode

Hi,

 

I have a requirement from a client to only allow certain products to be able to be shipped if the customer is in a particular set of postal codes.

 

I thought that I could set up a specific carrier which these products would be associated with. These carriers would then be associated with a specific zone. And the zone would then be associated with the list of postal codes.

 

The last part is where I fall down. I can't find a module which I can use to assign postal codes to zones.

 

Does anyone know of any modules which I can buy to do this job?

You can make zones with names of the included postcodes (eg Athens 10001-11000, Athens 11001-12000 etc) and then follow the procedure that you already thought about, so the client (of the eshop) will register in the appropriate zone
