missing images after upload

Hi, please can you help...

 

Whenever i upload a new product image prestashop says all is ok but there is no actual image on the upload page - just a placeholder (see below) - using the product "TEST"

 

 

Then, when i go back to the main catalog page the thumbnail is there: (see below (TEST))

 

 

But when i go to the website there is just a placeholder instead of the image:

 

 

 

The IMG directory contains all of the relevant sized images:

 

 

** Please help !! **

 

how do i get all of my images working again ???

Try to regenerate all images

if you mean "Regenerate Thumbnails" - yes....

 

is there another option to re-generate images ?

 

any other suggestions ?
