sygram Posted June 24, 2013 Share Posted June 24, 2013 Hi to all, i've recently tried the latest version on pestashop and i am very happy with the product. It is very easy to install and straight forward. I would like to use it but i require multivendor support as well. To make things a bit more complicated, traditional multivendor products calculate shipping cost per vendor order where i want the shipping cost to be calculated on the order total. At the moment i have come across with one multivendor plugin for prestashop by Agile. The developer was kind to reply that at the moment it is not possible to implement this extra feature so i would appreciate if anyone has come across another multivendor plugin that could provide this functionality for me (with cost of course). What i want is initially provide this functionality but instead of calculating the cost per vendor products , to calculate the cost of the total order , from all vendors. Please consider the following example. As a customer i want to order product1 and product2 from vendor1 and product3 from vendor2. Normally, you would have one cart , one payment, but 2 orders. Order1 for vendor1 and order2 for vendor2. So you would have shipping cost1 from order1 and shipping cost2 from vendor2. What i want is to have a total shipping cost for both order1 and order2 , i.e. by taking consideration the weight of all products. The products will be gathered and shipped from one main warehouse.
