Customer creates an address on registration in the UK, (shipping cost in the UK is £5) When going through the checkout they want a different billing and shipping address, they now input a new address outside of the UK (shipping cost is £10). The cart updates ok with the address details, however does not modify the price for shipping...this could create a major issue.... I have tried without success to solve this....does anyone have any ideas??? Guess I couldn't be the only one who has this issue...I am using version 1.5.4.1 if that helps Many thanks is anticipation! tomerg3 Posted June 24, 2013 Share Posted June 24, 2013 Need more info.... 1) Which carrier are you using? built in shipping, or using a module? 2) Do you get the correct shipping if you refresh the page? 3) If you start using the "outside UK" address, are you getting the right shipping? 4) Does it work with the default theme (in case you are using a custom one). When I input my non UK address (Switzerland) the country field hadn't updated from the United Kingdom although I had Zurich. Feel like an idiot, but all works as expected!
