huduyudesign Posted June 22, 2013 Share Posted June 22, 2013 I'm curious no one has addressed this in forums & why a mailalterts module is not working properly. Does anyone know how to get customization text to show on the confirmation email to store owner? From what I see (using MailAlerts module PS1.5.4) mailalterts.php references customization text at line 282 which I assume is part of table that shows in neworder.html. However in MailAlterts.php, no reference is made so I am assuming the reason customization text does not show on new-orders.html in the {items} is because there is no reference in mailalerts.php. Surely someone out there who has customizations & using mailalerts module has had this problem! Susan PS: Have not been successful in trying to edit MailAlerts.php to make it work... breaks the code or something & get white screen when going to front end of store.
