Hello folks,

I receive follow message from Jirafe:

 

Hello Roger,

 

Your issues are related to our service update. We have recently sent a notice to existing users that the current Jirafe service is no longer operational. The email was entitled "Important Service Update":

 

"Dear Jirafe Users,

Over the past month the team has been busy building Jirafe from the ground up with a new dashboard, reports and platform. We are almost there.

The current Jirafe service is no longer operational.

This was not an easy decision but we need the entire team focused on building new Jirafe so we can deliver this to you quickly.

We will continue to collect your store data and transfer all prior transaction data into new Jirafe.

In the coming months you will be invited to experience a new Jirafe that has all of your existing data and gives you an amazing new product.

Thank you for your patience and we look forward to welcoming you to new Jirafe.

The Jirafe Team "

 

The exact date of release is not scheduled yet, however you will be informed once it is released.

Our new product will involve various improvements including new dashboard, reports and platform.
