New product goes to every category

After upgrading my shop to 1.4.9 I've had a problem with a new product. Always when I'm trying to create or copy new products they will go to every categories and subcategories of my shop.

 

If I will try to change categories I'll got:

VALUES (Array, 142, )

 

I've tested to create a new category and to create a new product to it. The outcome will be the same.

 

The shop is working, clients can use it and payments are delivering.
