huduyudesign Posted June 20, 2013 Share Posted June 20, 2013 Can someone please help me with the mail alerts module. I'm using current ps & current module. Customizations are not showing in notification of new order. I could not upload but in looking at the MailAlert.php & action.php I see nothing calling it in. Maybe I'm in wrong files, have gone thru all but I don't see. In looking at the order_conf, in the "mail" folder, I do see a call for it & in testing the cart the customer email does show it. Can anyone please show or help me code "customization" info into the mail alert script? The site is live now & not having this data is big issue as our notification emails go to 3 different groups collecting info from the orders.
