jaelly Posted June 20, 2013 Share Posted June 20, 2013 hi guys,recently i used a chat software named 123flashchat,i feel good,since i can use it to have video/audio chat,it is so convinient and staff there is nice,they always help me solve problems as soon as possible.while i heard that someone saying there is a better software ,i feel puzzled ...who can give me a better advise pls? Because in my module you can use both old & new zopim version. Kogkalidis Posted June 25, 2013 Share Posted June 25, 2013 Ι was used to work with zopim, but I changed to another one (compatible with prestashop) I don't remember the name because I rebuild my e-shop and the module lies in my external hard drive, but I use it just because is customizable compared to free zopim.. This is also free, when I put it in again I will inform you.. but i think that video chat is too much.. If someone need video call there is skype and other similar products..!!
