problem when checkout without register

i am using PrestaShop™ 1.4.4.1

 

fo rsome reason, custumers have problems when they checkout without register.

I notice it while getting a message from the system:

 

Error reporting from your PayPalAPI module

 

A client has encountered a problem with the module PayPalAPI, see the report:

 

PayPal response:

TIMESTAMP -> 2013-06-19T09:23:03Z

L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10736

L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Shipping Address Invalid City State Postal Code

L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> A match of the Shipping Address City, State, and Postal Code failed.

L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error

 

When a customer comes back to me (what i hope because otherwhise i lose business) with that, i tell them to register first, and then it's working.

Old Prestashop versions had this issue, the only answer I know is to try upgrading to the lastest 1.4 (1.4.10).

 

Also, I don't think it would be usefult to you if people were to only write 'I don't know"

i upgraded the shop now. let's see where this is going
