Italy is showing all UK carriers

Hi

 

Have spent several hours trying to resolve a carrier issue and just cannot see whats going wrong.

 

Basically customers registering with Country="Italy" are presented with carriers from the UK at check out

 

I have checked everything I can think of but just dont seem to be able to resolve

 

Subset of relevant data is setup as follows

 

Localization > Zones

:

"Europe (UK)"

"Europe (Zone 7 France, Germany, Denmark)"

"Europe (Zone 8 Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece)"

:

 

Localization > Countries

 

"Italy" - Zone set to "Europe (Zone 8 Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece)"

 

Shipping > Carriers

 

Parcel Force Express 48 - Zone set to ONLY "Europe (UK)"

 

Parcel Force GlobalValue - Zones set to

"Europe (Zone 7 France, Germany, Denmark)"

"Europe (Zone 8 Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece)"

 

Shipping (Fees by carrier, geographical zone, and ranges)

 

Parcel Force Express 48 displays only weight ranges for "Europe (UK)"

 

Parcel Force Global Value shows weight ranges for :-

 

"Europe (Zone 7 France, Germany, Denmark)"

"Europe (Zone 8 Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece)"

 

 

Yet when a customer registers with Country = "Italy" they are presented with all the carriers for the UK !!!

 

Its bad because they are ordering large heavy items for delivery to Italy and selecting cheap UK shipping costs :o/

 

I cant think of anything else to check. Have cleared the caches and local cookies

 

I can see the issue in carts that Italian customers have created, and I can see the problem with my own test customer set to an address with Country = "Italy"
