benjamin utterback
Hi, make sure you have a server/hosting provider with FTP access. You also would need to create a mySQL database in your CPanel/phpMyAdmin. I'll be Moving Thread to to subforum "Installing PrestaShop", this forum is for PrestaBox not PrestaShop

Kogkalidis
If you do it from FTP it needs more time.. The best is to upload the zip file "as-is" through your phpmyadmin/c panel interface and then extract it and move the prestashop file where you need it.. Or if you like to type www.yourdomain.com and the home page to appear, then you have to have the files directly on the root folder.. Anyway you click www.yourdomain.com if you have it like this, or www.yourdomain.com/subfolder/... {the rest of the path, where your files are being hosted, eg www.yourdomain.com/eshop/prestashop} and then you follow the steps.. In some step you will need to connect the shop to your database which you have to create and fill in the connection details.. Hope it helps.. If you face some problem don't hesitate to ask again!!
