Image quality cannot find solution among forum

Hi all, i know this has been discussed many times, but i have tried all know solutions.

 

Anyhow here is my site which http://littleprints.net for some reason the images look great as little thumbnails but when you actually click on the image to look at the product, the product page image is all blurred, does anyone have any ideas?

 

Also when i do a regen for thumbnails i get an error:

 

Cannot write "No picture" image to (categories) images folder. Please check the folder's writing permissions.

 

I have tried changing the permissions etc with no improvement?

 

Any help greatly appreciated

Hi Vekia thanks for the reply, i have enabled the site now sorry forgot...... i think i may have fixed it though, but please take a look to see if you think it is displaying clearly?
