Shipping not working in cart

Every time I add a product to the basket it does not usually display the shipping, but when moving to checkout it will add the correct cost. Does anyone now what the problem is and how to fix it?

because you made it like this.
you put the shipment to be calculated based on zones, so it would wait for the address to be entered to detect the shipping zone then calculate it.
am i correct?


No, I have tested it with a customer account that has address typed in...

It used to work fine before the last few upgrades. Plus if you select the cheapest products the actual shopping basket does work.

No, I don't have any zones within the country zones...
