The clients in prstshp_customer don't show up in the back office client list

Hi,

 

We copied the database from an old prestashop to our new installation. During the installation, we said the database prefix would be prstshp_ instead of ps_, because this is how the old database is.

 

Then we removed the newly created prestashop database and we copied the old one under the name prestashop. But nothing changed in the new shop. In particular, the list of clients, which can be seen in the prestashop database in the table prstshp_customer, are not displayed in the client tab of the back office.

 

Is there a way we can tell Prestashop to reload/refresh the data from its database, please?
