vekia Posted June 17, 2013 Share Posted June 17, 2013 the problem probably isn't related to the prestashop. i think that problem is somewhere else, for example, on the hoster / internet provier side. when you're trying to access to your website, you've got 404 error? or what? Richieh Posted June 18, 2013 Author Share Posted June 18, 2013 error is "connection to server timed out" When we attempt access totowaairsoft.com from our cell phone which is a Verizon wireless mobile network the site does not load. We have asked many of our customers to test on their mobile devices -in and out of the shop- and the problem exists only within Verizon mobile network at this time.
