All you have to do is go to administration >> preferences, scroll down to notification section and select options you need. In 1.5.3.1 Its Back Office >> Modules >> Mail Alerts >> Administartion >>Configure >> I think its primarely an issue when you use a 3rd party install like cpanel etc etc as it just adds the cpanel user email address for all notifications. I-xperts Posted March 6, 2015 Share Posted March 6, 2015 Hello! I have the same problem and problem is not fixed by adding my email address to module: Mail Alerts. I also tried to add different e-mail addresses and of course i checked option: New order Yes No Receive a notification when an order is placed. But i still do not receive ANY confirmation e-mail to my address! Customer receives a confirmation email and mailing system works great on all other cases! Please let me know if there is another workaround! My installation of PrestaShop is version: 1.6 without any customizations or 3rd party modules.
