Attribute Price Reduction as Default Setting

Hello,

We want to make the attribute price settings for products for DECREASING as default whereas it is other way round right now. It takes a lot of time changing the increasing option to decreasing option for each attribute type for each product.

Also is there any way in which we can display all the attribute prices all together instead of one price at a time.

If someone could help, it will be greatly appreciated.
