Search Not Working Properly

Hello Friend,

I like to know does anyone facing same issue which I am facing with my website. I have ecommerce site. I have listed so many products for sale. for e.g

Micromax CDMA Mobile phone

But if I search using micromax terms its visible in search results.

Whereas If I search using CDMA text then I am not getting same product in result page. That means only first words of products are visible under search results. If I use 2nd or 3rd words then it not appears in search results.


Anyone have any solution on it?

made changes in search options which are there in backend. But other products which not contains these words are also appearing in search result. For e.g.

 

Micromax CDMA Mobile Phone

 

If I search using CDMA term then other products which have mobile phone word in there name are also appearing. Instead of cdma text contained products.

 

Will be great if someone help.

Did you click "Re-Build the Entire Index" in "Search" under "Preferences"?

Hello PS folks,

I have an simulair prob with searching products.

I have 25 Products to display when I give the product name in in the searchbar an hit, I see only a few Products on the Home page.

I have regenerate the index file and they give me All of the 2554 Products are indelxing.
