RogerT
Hi PrestaPeople,I've started a new site with prestashop and so far so good. I've had 5 orders so far and I've realized that my generated pdf invoice does not list the purchased product. I thought this was strange, but ignored it.Today, I open up phpmyadmin and navigate to ps_order_details only to find that there is no information in there.I really need to see what people have ordered so I can ship it to them. The only way I can do it so far is to look at Back Office >> Customers >> CartsDoes anyone know why my DB isn't updating? I need it to work so I can write a module to export my orders to a CSV file, which I'll release freelyThanksRoger

RogerT
No I am using the PayAuthorizeNet module that someone released on the forums somewhere...Do you think it has something to do with that?
peej
It might. I had more or less the same problem when using the simple paypal module v 1.6. I had to "downgrade" to version 1.4 to get it to work (the version I used before I upgraded to 1.2.1.0). The customers didn't notice, but the orders were not completed. THe order-status was set to a blank state, and the order details table was not updated at all. /PJ
peej
I'm sorry to say that I'm still having the same problem on some orders. Last night I recieved two orders (both using paypal) and one were okay and the other not. One strange thing I noticed was that the messages from paypal (per mail) were different on the two orders. I'm not giving up on my initial scenario that the issue is (at least partly) caused by the paypal module. Please look at the following thread: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/viewthread/23123///PJ
