Sometimes back office translations do not like to update themselves so, in your case, it might be better to change the .tpl file as vekia suggests.

 

Something like:

 

/home/public_html/yoursite.com/themes/default/modules/blockcontact/blockcontact.tpl

select the modules from drop down, click on your language flag, search for fields with those text and translate it.
