Adrenalin
Hi All. New to the Prestashop thing and have struggled to even write a proper csv file. All turned out good in the end. Even got one with Image URL's working. 1 issue...... Prices are not reflecting. Things I have checked: * Catalog mode is set to No * Show Price is set to 1 * Prices excluding and including tax are in my csv file * Manually added a price through the BO to 1 product and exported the file * The exported file had a tag called "Base Price" and "Final Price" in it which is not an option when you're importing a csv file through the BO? Why is there no Base Price or Final Price when you upload the CSV? Cheers, Ad
Adrenalin
Fixed it. CSV had the currency in the cell/rows. Removed it to show only numbers. Voila. Genius........
shmogalou
Hello. I have the same problem as you had in that no prices are showing for the products on sale on my site. Could you please explain for me step by step what I need to do to fix this problem? Many thanks in advance for any help you may be able to offer! Adrenalin
Hi. My solution was not to format the cell's of my CSV document. I had formatted it to show a currency in there which I then removed and it worked.
shmogalou
Thanks for your reply. I haven't imported any CSV files so I don't think the root of my problem is the same as yours. If you have any other ideas I am all ears!
