Ξέρει κανείς απο Lyoness? τι κάνουμε όταν μας βγάζει αυτό το πρόβλημα?

as Evangelos just told me you are ready for another testorder, I did a new one.

Now I could finish the checkout process without problems and I even got a pixel:

Nevertheless, there are some issues which are wrong so the order couldn´t be tracked properly.

  1. when going via the redirect URL I don´t get the second cookie from electremporiki within the TDUID (please see screenshot attached). You can see there is just the Cookie from Tradedoubler. And that´s also the reason why the TDUID is not in the pixel too.
  2. the orderValue in the pixel is given empty. There should be the gross amount excl. delivery of my purchase
  3. the checksum is calculated incorrectly so the same appeared in the Error-Report (see below). But I assume that´s because the parameter “orderValue” is empty.

 

 

So I would kindly ask you to have a look to these issues and let me know as soon as I can try again!
