Gift Wrap for multiple items going to multiple locations

Hi, we'd really like to use the Gift Wrap option but we also expect that customers will want to buy gifts and ship them to multiple locations. The default Gift Wrap only adds in one price and you can't differentiate as to which product is getting the gift wrap. So in theory, people could pay for one item gift wrapped and expect to have all their items wrapped, even if they're going to different locations.

 

I thought of doing this as an attribute as the best work around. Any other ideas?
