[Help Needed] EggThemes BestChoice

So I just installed Prestashop along with the "BestChoice" theme by EggThemes and all went well until I clicked on "reset" right underneath the CS Static Block (located in admin modules/modules/other modules)

 

Since I clicked on "reset," the full site now shows up blank whenever the module is enabled. See shop.fitnessammo.com

 

The mobile site is still working. And as I alluded to, if the module is disabled, then the full site shows up again. I really like the module and would like it to work again.

 

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling via admin. When that didn't work, I even deleted the module via FTP then reuploaded and installed but with no luck.

 

I've left the module enabled so that you can see the home page is blank now.

 

Any help is very appreciated.
