Bz786
Is it legal to list other peoples items on my site? 1) List other peoples items (their pictures / altered descriptions etc) at higher prices. 2) When someone makes an order simply buy it from the person I took the product from and act as a middle man passing it onto my customer? Paulito
Good morning, It depends what sort of item/s you are talking about. If you have an ecommerce site then one would assume that you are selling a virtual/physical product or service. Their any many manufacturers, suppliers and wholesalers etc that make their money from allowing you to sell their products. But it would be better to ask the the said people about whether they would appreciate you doing this. Paul
ScarletImpressions
There is nothing wrong with making you business of buying other peoples items however; You can't take their pictures, or the content off their site without their permission that is all copyrighted. Usually it is best to talk to the supplier, they probably have dropship or affiliate selling options.
vekia
1) if you for example selling digital goods - everything depends on license. Also pictures and descriptions. Sometimes isn't fair to copy texts and pictures to own store (due to the license purposes) 2) Buy cheap and sell expensive This is main case in business!
