problème après modification url dans la rubrique SEO&URL

Bonjour,

je voulais que mon site s'affiche avec les "www" alors j'ai changé cela dans SEO&URL en rajoutant les "www" et après lorsque j'essaie logué au BO en entrant mes identifiants cela ne marche plus. la page se rafraîchit tout le temps. J'ai essayé de changer le mot de passe mais ça marche pas aussi.

 

Quelqu'un peut m'aider?

Vous avez sans doute une redirection dans votre htaccess.

Bonjour

 

Changer vie la ftp votre .htaccess en htaccess.txt après essayer d'entrer dans le back office.

Vous pouvez aussi vider les dossiers /tools/smarty/cache et tools/smarty/compile sauf le index.php

 

Si vous êtes dans le back office vous pouvez recréer le .htaccess

 

Attention selon votre hébergeur il vous faut des lignes pour le,php5 dans le .htaccess

Visiblement il y a 2 lignes à corriger dans votre .htaccess :

remplacer les RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^tissu.infos-conseils.com$

 

par : RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www.tissu.infos-conseils.com$
