Implementation of different carriers and shipping costs in Prestashop

Good evening,

 

I have an issue with shipping and carriers.

I use 2 carriers,one for shipping inside Greece (carrier #1) and one for shipping abroad (carrier #2).

The shipping cost for Carrier #1 is 3,00 Euros and free for orders 50 Euros.

The shipping cost for Carrier #2 has to be 10 Euros and free for orders above 150 Euros.

However,I cannot implement this feature! The shipping cost for customers abroad remains the same as in carrier # 1-at 50 Euros .

How can I change the shipping cost for carrier #2 and/or make it free for orders above 150 Euros?

 

Note: I use Prestashop version 1.4.7.3 .
