After editing the default theme, the changes don't show on all pages

Hi,

 

I edited the default theme, which I can see on the front-end. But when you click on a product on the homepage (featured products) you still see the default colors. Can someone please help?

The product of the home page, it s the homefutured ...

So for change the color or anything in this : it s on Modules>>Homefutured>>css>>superfish.css.. something like this.!

i think that your problem is related to the force compilation / cache

 

go to the preferences > performance tab in your back office.

 

then turn ON force compilation and turn OFF cache.

 

try to refresh your hompeage. any changes appear?

 

no?

- are you sure that you change correct .tpl file? sometimes the module files are also in the themes/your_theme/modules/ directory

if you've got there .tpl file related to the module you want to change - append all changes there.

Thanks guys for the fast reply. I tried your suggestions but still the same problem. I checked the modules in Theme directory and did the chache trick.

 

I made changes to global.css and i can see the changes on every page, but when one clicks on a featured product.

I have already changed the footer area, the block titel color and topmenu, which you can see.
