when I want to upgrade from 1.4.9 to 1.5.4.1 This error occurs

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

and in The "server error log" error is :

 

mod_fcgid: read data timeout in 45 seconds

Premature end of script headers: upgrade.php

 

i tried for many times but all the times this error occurs

please help me. what is problem.
