sahostking
Hi guys, We are an ISP, our clients install Prestashop and it's the only CMS we notice that provides the following warning: URL rewriting (mod_rewrite) is not active on your server or it is not possible to check your server configuration Can this be safely ignored? or how can we hide it? Lastly when running http -l we get mod_rewrite.c which shows it's installed. URLs in Prestashop are also rewritten correctly it seems We use CloudLinux with Symlink Protection, etc. Any ideas? benjamin utterback
Hi sahostking, sometimes the check that PrestaShop does to see if there is mod_rewrite active is not accurate due to a couple reasons. It could be that we checked in the wrong place, or that the server has security on it that prevents our software from checking correctly.
