Contact error even on the demo site

Okay, no one has listened to me about this bug, but even the new versions DEMO front end has the same problem.

The CONTACT button..when used GIVES AND ERROR !!!!!

Go to this link on prestashop demo site

http://www.prestashop.com/demo/contact-form.php

Try out the contact form and click submit..YOU WILL GET A ERROR..same ERROR I have been reporting in the bug section, but no one acts like I know what I am saying.

THE ERROR WILL SAY:

There is 1 error :
01.please select a contact in the list

Note: THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP...

No problem that I can see. It works fine. You must choose a contact otherwise why should you expect to be able to send a message to that contact?

I assume that for the purposes of the demo site there are no contacts set up.

On the Prestashop DEMO site, I understand that the send to box had no choice, however if you fill in the other parts and click send, You atleast get the same error I get on my own site using the latest 1.2 and I HAVE SET UP CHOICES TO SEND TOO !!

I would also like to remove this or preselect a contact for the contact form
