benjamin utterback
Most likely, this is a hosting/server issue. Check out this post and follow the instructions below 1.5.3.1+ http://www.prestasho...-or-blank-page/ I hope this helps.

GO daddy tells me that everything is ok by their side and they suggest me to contact prestashop. DO you know anything about Gandi for hosting (better ?) Dh42
What ever change you made more than likely has a syntax error that is causing the site to load.

If it is a constant hassle, you should look into switching hosting providers and GoDaddy initially is not the best host for an Ecommerce store. Follow Mr. Utterbacks post, it is probably something very simple but you need the exact error...there are loads of ps running on godaddy...and moving will just carry your existing problem with it. benjamin utterback
Okay, it would be nice to have a URL to your store. Have you installed additional modules? What kind of work have you done to your website?

benjamin utterback
It seems that there could have been a problem with the transfer of files or installation. That behavior is not normal for a fresh installation. Let us know how it goes. Thank you!
NemoPS
I second Benjamin's tip. Also, try downloading the theme importer separately from the addons store.
