aobllc Posted June 10, 2013 Share Posted June 10, 2013 We use an API for reading and writing shipment history from and to Prestashop. That api can post back the tracking #, and mark the order as Shipped back in Prestashop. The issue we're trying to work on: When the API sets the order to Shipped, no email is triggered from Prestashop If you open the order, edit the tracking # and save, an email is triggered.
